Please call to confirm if your insurance is accepted, as our relationships with insurance companies can change. Our office staff (727-787-5577) can check on your specific situation. If you have an insurance called an HMO (Health Management Organization), you will likely need a referral order from your primary care doctor. Please call your primary care doctor and request a referral to see Dr. Peter Howard. Our staff can take the referral and do the rest of the work for you!
No Heath Insurance? No Problem!
We do accept and see patients on a fee for service basis at reasonable rates for in office x-rays, braces, injections, medications, splints, visit charges, and surgeries for patients without insurance. We accept cash, check, or credit card. We are also able to set up payment plans with a qualifying down payment. Rates can be estimated prior to your first visit or prior to surgery by speaking with one of our billing specialists. Please contact the office for details and pricing.
